One of Diptyqueâs founders remarked, âIn the heat of a Greek summer, to get to the sea you had to walk through a natural orchard of wild fig trees.â He brought back a few leaves in a small box, only to discover years later the leaves had lost none of their fragrance, inspiring this scent. This âindoor and outdoorâ candle is composed of a proprietary blend of waxes housed in a white earthenware pot handmade by the Virebent porcelain atelier in the South of France.
