This unique powder, with ceramides and Japanese cherry blossom, can also act as a primer, with its serum-like texture that bestows a luminous yet matte veil under makeup. The Powder is vegan, suitable for sensitive skin, and free of talc, synthetic fragrances, or mineral oils.
